| What is the F Club? |
| The F Club is an organization within Gator Boosters, Inc. whose mission is to provide
opportunities for former Gator Letterwinners to remain involved in the athletic program. |
| What does the F Club do? |
| The F Club administers the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame, including the
selection of members and coordination of the annual Athletic Hall of Fame weekend. The F Club
also hosts various functions throughout the year such as bar-b-ques, golf tournaments, and other
special events. The F Club has established an F Club Endowment to assist the University Athletic
Association in providing scholarships for current student-athletes. |
| Who is considered a Letterwinner? |
| A Letterwinner is any student athlete that participated in a Varsity sport and was awarded
Letterwinner status by their respective sport. |
| How are athletic letters awarded & who decides them? |
| Criteria for earning a letter is set separately by each sport and that criteria may vary from
sport to sport. |
| What is the maximum number of letters that can be earned? |
| Four |
| How do I become a member of the F Club? |
| Immediately following graduation or departure from the University to pursue other career
endeavors, all eligible Letterwinners automatically become members of the F Club. |
| Am I already a member of the F Club? |
| If you currently receive mailings from the F Club, then you are a member with a correct
address in the Letterwinner system. |
| I used to receive F Club mailings but do not anymore. Why is that? |
| If you no longer receive F Club mailings it is because we have an incorrect address for you in
our system. Click here to update your information to
resume receiving F Club mailings. |
| Are members of the band considered Letterwinners? |
| No, band is not a considered a varsity sport at the University of Florida and so members of
the band are not eligible to earn a varsity letter. |
| How much does it cost to be a member? |
| Admission to the F Club is free. |
| What is a F Club membership card and how do I get one? |
| Your F Club membership card gains you access into the F Club room before and during all home
football games, free admission to baseball, gymnastics, women's basketball, the spring football
game and Florida Relays. If you have not received an F Club card you can order one by emailing
the F Club at fclub@gators.uaa.ufl.edu. |
| If I have lost my F Club membership card, how do I go about replacing it? |
| Replacement cards can be purchased for $5. To reorder a card email the F Club your request
with your full name and current address and phone number. Replacement cards normally take 4-6
weeks from the time of order. |
| How do I update my information with the F Club? |
| You can update your information by clicking here
or you can email the F Club at fclub@gators.uaa.ufl.edu. |
| Does the F Club release contact information for members? |
| NO! The F Club has a strict policy not to release any information in our Letterwinner
system. Anyone interested in contacting a member of the F Club can do so through the Gator Booster
offices. |
| Now that I am not a student athlete how can I get tickets to Gator
Athletic events? |
| Former student athletes can remain involved in all Gator Athletic events by becoming a member
of Gator Boosters. More information on Booster membership and benefits can be found at
www.gatorboosters.org. |
| How can I help support the F Club? |
| You can support through the various fundraisers and activities hosted by the F Club. Increased
recognition of the program through participation and word of mouth will help strengthen the
membership of the F Club. |
| How can I become involved in the F Club? |
| Any Letterwinner interested in becoming involved with the F Club should contact the Gator
Booster office or email the F Club. |
